About

Welcome

Picking the right counselor for your child or yourself is an important first step to finding peace and clarity during stressful times. I have worked with tweens and teens for over 20 years. Most of that work has been in schools where our teens spend the majority of their day. Mental health struggles are increasing and I'm here to help your child navigate obstacles and personal struggles. I enjoy helping teens learn coping skills, learn how to regulate feelings, and advocate for their needs which all lead to mental wellness. The young adult years are full of opportunities to create the life you want to live but sometimes there are struggles along the way. I'm here to help you live your best life. Additionally, I work with parents of teens. Parenting teenagers can be challenging and I'm here to help you maintain calm while setting healthy boundaries. Sometimes, that requires parents to explore their own mindsets, emotions, and struggles. Compassion fatigue and burnout in the field of education is at an all time high. If you are an educator feeling the burnout, please reach out. I understand the current world of education and I am here to help you. I believe in equality, compassion, forgiveness, and serving others. I am a wife and mom of two children. Counseling can be a game changer and I feel honored to help you and/or your child.
